Friday 12/14/07 Got car back from Powder Coat, began work for the 2008 World of Wheels.
Friday 12/14/07 New sponsor, Indepedent Rail Corporation signs with the #74 car to purchase the racing fuel for the entire 2008 season. Thanks to Tom and Bob Driggers!!!!
Monday 12/17/07 Jerry Steele signed on for another season with Hargraves Racing and the #74 car. This will be the thrid season for Hargraves Racing and Jerry Steele Auto Sales to team up. Jerry may also provide extra help for a trip to California in 2008. Thank you Jerry!!!!
Friday 12/28/07 Car is rolling, started on the body last night, all that is left is the body and motor and we will be ready for 2008 World of Wheels Car Show.
Saturday 1/5/2008 Got our letter from the World of Wheels, we are in, the same location as last year, look fo rthe Pink Panther at the 2008 World of Wheels Carshow. Representing Hargraves Racing, the Indianapolis Speedrome, and the entire figure-8 racing community.
Saturday 1/12/2008 Bloodhound Underground, GB Graphics, and Christy's Auctions are back on board for for the upcoming 2008 season. Bloodhound and Christy's will be supporting Hargraves Racing with some tires, while GB Graphics hooks us up with the best decals around.
Wednesday 2/6/2008 Hargraves Racing and BUGSY'S Sports Grill are close to finalizing a sponsorship package for the upcoming 2008 season. Be sure to come check out the car next weekend and the Brookville Rd. Bar. Loacted right down road from the Speedrome on Brookville and 465.
Tuseday 2/12/2008 Update on our new sponsor Bugsy's Sports Grill, we finalized the deal this past Saturday, look for our new sponsor on the new color scheme in 2008. This weekend doesn't look good however for the car being there due to the extreme cold, but I will keep you all updated. Also joining the team is long time racer, Kevin Ford and Kevin's Pool Service. Kevin will not be racing in the upcoming season and will be sponsoring the Hargraves Race Team throughout the 2008 season.
Monday 2/25/2008 Hargraves' Racing makes the announcment that they will become the first team to make a run at the Speedrome figure-8 title while driving a Toyota Camry throughout the 2008 season.
Tuseday 3/18/2008 Hargraves lands another great sponsor for the 2008 championsip run, Residential Fence and Deck Company, located at 332 W. 100 N. in Fortville, IN. Thursday 3/20/2008 Hargraves Racing makes it official, two more drivers will be added to the Hargraves Racing stable for the upcoming 2008 season. Charlie Oakes, former stock and late-model will drive the back-up late-model on a limited schedule, and long-time crew member Matt Smith will drive a hornet for Hargraves racing to go for the cup in 2008. special thanks to Clark Racing
